We really hope you love your purchase with us as much as we love to bring it to you, but if  for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, if you receive a faulty item, an incorrect size or item,  we are happy to accept returns.  We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging.

To start a return process, Please send an email to us at [email protected] and we will send you a return shipping address. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs of returns and we also recommend you use tracked returns postage as we do not accept responsibility for any lost returns. Please note if upon inspection, if a returned item is stained or damaged, it may be returned back to the customer, however please be assured we will contact you before we make a decision. 

Once your return has been inspected and accepted, you will receive a refund confirmation email. We will process returns within 7 working days of them arriving in our warehouse. Please note all refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Please allow 2 to 5 working days from receiving your refund confirmation email for the funds to show back in your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Also we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

For our international customers, returned items need to be declared as returns. When returned items are not declared as returns, a fee is charged at Esplenduer’s expense which will then be deducted from the refund amount.
